These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Hotspots1 Ltd (Company No. 17029974) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Business Listings and Content

Business users may create profiles and publish event information. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

4. Platform Role

We provide a platform for businesses to list events. We are not the organiser or promoter of listed events and do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or inappropriate content, and not to misuse or interfere with the platform.

6. Paid Services (Business Users)

Some features of the platform may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Details of pricing and features will be displayed on the website.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually as stated at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the applicable fees.

Subscription fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or removal of your listings.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Business subscriptions may be cancelled via your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached, where payment is overdue, or to protect the integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding and content (excluding user content) belongs to Hotspots1 Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
